Being one block from the beach, you’ll need no car when you wish to take a stroll in the sand or visit the many nearby restaurants. While having the culinary and nightlife attractions within walking distance, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of this seldom-disturbed city block.

This three-story house has 3 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms (sleeps 6) and is the perfect size for a family, has WiFi in every room, and a terrace kitchen & hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with wares, and you’ll find fresh towels & linens in the bathrooms.

We are making efforts towards water conservation in La Paz. We are adopting water-efficient technologies, growing mostly native vegetation in our decorative gardens, promoting responsible water usage, and building urban rainwater capture basins. Finally, we provide canvas grocery bags you can use in your trips to the local stores, farmer’s and fish markets.
